The story of Elphaba, a misunderstood girl with green skin, and Glinda, a young woman chasing popularity. The two form an unlikely friendship at Shiz University until an encounter with the Wizard of Oz changes their paths. Glinda embraces power and fame, while Elphaba stays true to her beliefs, leading to shocking consequences. Their journeys ultimately shape them into Glinda the Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.
